Spring 2025
This new season has begun with some unusually warm temperatures and Spring blossom and flowers are making themselves known. All this in conjunction with the ongoing situation of oil entering the lake. However we continue to monitor the work of the authorities who have responsibility for dealing with it and are hoping the source of this sporadic pollution will be be found soon.

Thames 21 are working with the River Roding Trust and the contractor Aquamaintain, on a separate project to renovate and restore the lake in a way that would create a vibrant natural resource that will enhance the environment for both the community and the wildlife.
We will have more details of the plan in the very near future.
